• Your application and assessment answers (goals, weight, training, health notes).
• Progress data and progress photos you share during check-ins.
• Payment details are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

How we use it

Your data is used only to coach you: building and adjusting your plan, reviewing your check-ins, and contacting you about your coaching.

We never sell your data

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with advertisers.

Deleting your data

To request deletion of your data, email coachusman8@gmail.com. We'll confirm once it's done.
