The program

Premium Coaching is 6 months of 1:1 online coaching with Coach Usman, for a one-time payment of $997 USD. It includes access to the private client portal for your plan, daily check-ins, weekly check-ins and chat.

Your responsibilities

• Follow your diet and training plan.
• Complete your daily check-in.
• Complete your weekly full check-in with weight, measurements and progress photos.
