Learn how to manage hunger while losing weight on a pakistani diet
Learning how to manage hunger while losing weight on a pakistani diet should not mean surviving on tea, skipping lunch, or refusing every family dinner. The aim is to build filling meals, use sensible portions, and follow a routine that fits your working day.

See plans & pricesWho this coaching is for
This coaching is for men who want to lose weight but struggle with hunger, evening snacking, or repeated strict diets. You might spend the day at a desk, run a shop, work overseas shifts, or reach home too hungry to think about portions.
It also suits men eating whatever the family cooks. You do not need a separate kitchen or an imported food shopping list. The plan starts with your routine, food preferences, training experience, and the changes you can realistically maintain.
How to manage hunger while losing weight on a Pakistani diet
Some hunger before meals is normal. Feeling distracted by food all afternoon or going to bed painfully hungry is not something to simply push through. A weight loss plan should use a manageable reduction in food intake, rather than cutting meals as sharply as possible.
Build main meals around protein, fibre-rich foods, and an appropriate portion of roti or rice. Chicken, fish, eggs, daal, chana, and plain dahi can help make meals more satisfying. Add vegetables or salad for volume, and allow time to eat before deciding you need more.
Keep roti and rice, improve the whole plate
Roti and rice do not automatically prevent weight loss. A lunch of mostly rice with a little gravy may leave you hungry sooner than a meal with a suitable rice portion, chicken or beans, and vegetables. The balance matters more than banning one familiar food.
Oil and ghee deserve attention because generous amounts can add substantial energy without much extra food volume. With shared salan, focus on practical changes: take more solid ingredients, less oily gravy, and add cucumber, tomato, or plain dahi when available.
Plan for the gap between lunch and late dinner
In many Pakistani households, dinner comes late. If lunch is early and the afternoon consists of sweet chai and biscuits, arriving home ravenous is predictable. A planned snack, such as fruit with plain dahi or an egg with a small roti, may fit better.
Notice when hunger appears rather than treating every snack as a failure. Long commutes, shop hours, and late meetings can create large meal gaps. Coaching helps you adjust meal timing so you are not relying on willpower when the family finally sits down to eat.
Handle chai, hot weather, and social meals
Chai breaks can turn into repeated eating opportunities, especially when biscuits or bakery snacks stay on the office table. Decide what you want to eat and put it on a plate instead of grazing from a shared packet. Keep water accessible during hot Gujranwala afternoons, without using it to replace meals.
For a barbecue dinner or wedding meal, avoid starving yourself all day to save room. Eat regular earlier meals, arrive with manageable hunger, and choose a satisfying plate. Consistent habits across the week matter more than making every invitation a test of discipline.
What your 1:1 online coaching includes
You use the My Coach app for your assessment, custom desi diet plan, workout plan, weekly check-ins, and chat with Coach Usman. Your food plan is designed around your circumstances, while workouts reflect your experience, schedule, and available equipment.
Check-ins give you a place to report more than body weight. Hunger, energy, sleep, meal timing, and training feedback help guide adjustments. If an afternoon meal repeatedly leaves you hungry, the response is to review the plan rather than simply tell you to eat less.
How the coaching process works
Start with an assessment through the app so Coach Usman can understand your goals and current routine. Share what breakfast usually looks like, when you eat lunch, who prepares dinner, and whether you train at home or in a gym. These details shape a useful starting plan.
Then follow your meals and workouts, use coach chat for questions, and complete weekly check-ins. The plan can be adjusted as you learn what keeps you satisfied. Contact support@coachusman.com if you have questions about joining or whether coaching fits your situation.
Coaching cost compared with gym trainers in Pakistan
Monthly 1:1 online coaching costs Rs 25,000. The 6-Month option costs Rs 125,000 as a one-time payment. That is Rs 25,000 less than paying the monthly rate for six months. Payments are made by card through Stripe.
Gym trainer fees in Pakistan vary by location, session frequency, and support included, so there is no single fair price comparison. Check whether a quote covers only supervised workouts or also food planning and follow-up. This service combines diet planning, workouts, weekly reviews, and coach chat, but does not provide in-person session supervision.

Start coachingFAQ
Do I have to stop eating roti to control hunger?
No. Roti can stay in your plan. Portion size depends on your needs and the rest of the meal. Pair it with protein and vegetables rather than eating it mainly with gravy.
What if I feel hungry after daal chawal?
Review the balance and serving size. A small amount of daal over a large rice portion may not satisfy you. More daal, vegetables, or some plain dahi may help.
Can I keep drinking chai during weight loss?
Yes. Account for the milk, sugar, and anything you routinely eat alongside it. Chai should not become a replacement for lunch that leaves you very hungry later.
How do I follow a plan when my family cooks oily salan?
Work with the meal available. Choose more solid ingredients and less oily gravy, add salad when possible, and discuss manageable cooking changes without requiring everyone to follow your plan.
What should I do if I am hungry late at night?
Look at whether you ate enough earlier and whether dinner was balanced. A planned snack may help. Repeated strong hunger is useful feedback for your weekly check-in, not a reason for guilt.
Can Pakistani men overseas join this coaching?
Yes. Coaching is online through the My Coach app. Share your local food options, working hours, and training access during assessment so the plan reflects your life overseas.
