See plans & pricesA Pakistani coach who understands your food and routine
If you are searching for a Pakistani personal trainer in Belgium, you may want someone who understands roti, rice, family dinners and hospitality. Usman brings that understanding remotely from Pakistan, rather than asking you to replace your usual meals with unfamiliar foods.
An Urdu speaking personal trainer also makes it easier to explain your habits and ask questions clearly. Prefer English? Coaching works in either language, including discussions about portions, exercise technique and keeping your plan realistic.
Online fitness coach Belgium: support around your working week
Your week might include an office commute into Brussels, warehouse shifts near Antwerp, restaurant work or delivery hours that change daily. Coaching starts with your actual timetable, including travel, sleep and family responsibilities.
Training can use a local gym or the equipment you have at home. Rather than assuming five free evenings, Usman builds sessions around realistic opportunities and adjusts the workload through weekly feedback.
A halal diet plan using food available in Belgium
A halal diet plan should be straightforward to shop for. Colruyt, Delhaize, Carrefour and Lidl sell useful basics such as oats, eggs, plain yoghurt, vegetables, fruit and rice. Availability differs by branch, so your plan can include practical alternatives.
Pakistani, Indian and Turkish grocers can supply atta, lentils, chickpeas and spices. Halal butchers and some specialist grocery shops stock halal meat; check certification or ask the seller rather than assuming all meat is halal. Fish, eggs and pulses provide other meal options.
Desi fitness coach Belgium: familiar meals, sensible portions
A desi diet plan for weight loss can include chicken salan, daal, sabzi, roti and rice. The focus is on suitable portions, protein, vegetables and cooking habits, not banning every dish you enjoy.
Shared meals are part of the plan too. You can discuss how to portion a family biryani, manage oil in home cooking, or pack leftover daal and rice for work. Your preferences and food budget help shape the choices.
Workouts for wet winters and lighter evenings
Belgium’s rain and short winter days can make outdoor activity less appealing, especially after a commute. An indoor workout option means your training does not depend on a dry evening or a lunchtime walk.
When longer spring and summer evenings make walking or cycling easier, those activities can complement your workouts. If you already cycle to work, tell Usman: your plan should account for that activity rather than simply adding more.
Belgium–Pakistan time differences made practical
Belgium uses CET, UTC+1, in winter and CEST, UTC+2, during summer time. Pakistan stays on UTC+5, so Usman is four hours ahead in Belgian winter and three hours ahead in summer.
Agree a weekly check-in window that suits your schedule in Belgium and the coach’s availability. For example, noon in Belgium is 4 pm in Pakistan in winter and 3 pm in summer. App messages let you share updates without needing both people online together.
How your My Coach app support works
You begin with an assessment covering your goals, current routine, food preferences, training experience and available equipment. Usman uses this information to create your custom desi diet plan and workout plan inside the My Coach app.
Weekly check-ins help review progress, consistency and anything that is proving difficult. You can chat with the coach in the app, ask about meals or exercises, and discuss adjustments when your work rota or home routine changes.
Clear pricing and card payment through Stripe
Monthly 1:1 online coaching costs Rs 25,000, approximately EUR 75. The six-month option costs Rs 125,000 as a one-time payment, approximately EUR 385. Both provide personalised planning and ongoing coaching support.
Pay by card through Stripe. EUR figures are approximate: your bank or card provider converts the PKR charge, and the exact amount varies with exchange rates and any applicable fees. Check your provider’s terms before paying.

Fasting hours vary by season and date. Share your local mosque’s timetable so meals and training can be planned around your actual suhoor and iftar times.
What if my nearest supermarket has limited halal meat?
Check local halal butchers or Pakistani and Turkish grocers. Confirm halal status with the seller. Your plan can also use eggs, fish, beans and lentils.

No. Workouts can use your home setup or local gym. Outdoor walking and cycling are optional additions when weather, daylight and your schedule allow.
Will the time difference delay every check-in?
Check-in windows are agreed around both schedules. Pakistan is three or four hours ahead, depending on Belgium’s season; app updates do not require a live call.
